Founder
Dr. Aaron Einfeld founded Awaken Leadership Solutions out of his passion for learning and its ability to change people’s lives.
Our leadership formation processes are informed by Dr. Einfeld’s research and expertise in adult learning and development. He’s served leaders and teams in a range of industries. Previous clients include clergy, business executives, therapists, non-profit leaders, churches, heads of schools, and graduate schools.
Our tools and processes draw from the wisdom of sound research in adult learning and development. We also draw from our experience facilitating learning in a comprehensive range of settings: team workshops, leadership retreats, cohorts, executive coaching, wilderness education, classroom teaching, and public speaking.
